There's no sense in breaking these up into distinct categories--they're all just crazy match-ups we'd give our left eye to take part in. Here's the best of the best:

@GameProGroening vs. MacFarlane aka Simpsons/Futurama/Life Is Hell vs Family Guy/American Dad/Cleveland Showless than a minute agovia web

A little offbeat choice for @GamePro: shooter/adventure characters in a fighting game: Master Chief, Kratos, Snake, Duke Nukem, etcless than a minute agovia web

@GameProSquareEnix vs. DC Universe would be awesome.less than a minute agovia web

@GameProMarvel vs DC vs Image vs Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter vs Blazblue vs Tekken vs DOA vs VF vs everyone else ran out of space :)less than a minute agovia web

While some of the crossovers listed above mayseemfar-fetched, publishers and developers are willing to go to great lengths to satisfy crossover urges. With an increasingly competitive market forcing former rivals to work together to create the likes of Tekken X Street Fighter, it seems like there are few fights that can't be arranged.

What do you think of the responses above? Are there any match-ups you'd like to suggest? If so, please continue the conversation by responding in the comment section below or by replying toGamePro on Twitter.
